Food & Wine pairing
The 2014 vintage is supple, persistent, fresh and tender. The color is a shiny garnet the nose “pinote” is cherry, blackcurrant with notes of hazelnut.
The 1st mouth is very crisp, straight and the smooth tannins bring the depth.
Always a favorite with chicken and grilled red meats and all types of exotic, spicy dishes will complement the vinosity of this Maranges 2014.
This generous wine goes with a large palette of cheeses from Brillat-Savarin to Saint Marcelin.
